The National Body connecting, supporting and representing Independent Museums. AIM administer several grants for the UK museums sector

Architectural Heritage Fund

The AHF is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, founded in 1976 to promote the conservation and sustainable re-use of historic buildings at risk for the benefit of the public. They administer a number of grants and loans to organisations seeking to resucue and restore historic buildings. 

 The Art Fund 

The national fundraising charity for art. For over a hundred years, the art fund have been raising money to help museums acquire great works of art - of all ages and all types - for everyone to enjoy. The website hosts Art Happens, one of the best known crowdfunding arts and heritage crowdfunding platforms. 

Association of Cultural Enterprises

The Association for Cultural Enterprises promotes commercial best practice in the UK's cultural and heritage sector by providing training and networking opportunities and facilitating the sharing of information and experience between its members.
