Volunteers' Week is an annual celebration of volunteers that takes place every year in June. Up and down the country there will be parties, award events and outings, recruitment fayres and exhibitions taking place, to recruit, reward and recognise volunteers.

Local communities are encouraged to participate by holding their own street party or event, and to use this opportunity to support their local communities through fundraising or volunteering.

Volunteers' Week began in 1984. Each year more organisations get involved, hosting a variety events throughout Wales, including award presentations, information stands and community events.

Why not celebrate Volunteers' Week with your volunteers by, for example:
- Using the Volunteers Week logo epsjpeg formats
- Awarding volunteers and groups with a Volunteers' Week volunteer certificate; group certificate
- Getting media publicity for what volunteers do
- Holding a special 'thank you' event A3 poster
